By accessing or using Puffin AI ("the Service"), operated by Puffin Technologies ("we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service.
Puffin AI is a cybersecurity intelligence platform that uses AI-powered analysis to provide vulnerability intelligence, threat data correlation, and security insights. The Service aggregates data from publicly available cybersecurity sources and uses AI models to generate responses to user queries.

Puffin AI is an informational tool, not a substitute for professional cybersecurity assessment, penetration testing, legal advice, or compliance auditing.

The Puffin AI platform, including its interface, design, and proprietary algorithms, is owned by Puffin Technologies. The cybersecurity intelligence data aggregated by the Service is sourced from publicly available databases and is subject to their respective licenses and terms.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PUFFIN TECHNOLOGIES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
This includes, without limitation, damages arising from reliance on AI-generated content, data inaccuracies, service interruptions, or security incidents.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or USD $100, whichever is greater.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.
We strive to maintain continuous availability of Puffin AI but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or factors beyond our control. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time, which will permanently remove all your personal data and conversation history as described in our Privacy Policy.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023. For EU/UK users, applicable provisions of the GDPR and UK GDPR (Data Protection Act 2018) apply concurrently. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
Puffin Technologies does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We do not share your personal data for cross-context behavioral advertising. This disclosure is provided in compliance with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) §1798.120 and §1798.135.
In the event of a data breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you and the relevant regulatory authorities within the timelines required by applicable law (72 hours under GDPR Art. 33, without unreasonable delay under DPDP Act §8). Details of our breach notification procedures are in our Privacy Policy §12.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Puffin AI interface. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
